The ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon™ RX 9070 XT Onimusha Special Edition pairs Capcom's upcoming Onimusha: Way of the Sword with AMD's latest graphics hardware. The card bundles the game with a custom-designed GPU built around samurai aesthetics and high-performance gaming specs.

Design and Aesthetics

The graphics card draws inspiration from the dark fantasy setting of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, set in Edo-period Kyoto. Its custom shroud and backplate feature a blue-and-gold colorway inspired by samurai shadows, with design elements echoing the legendary Oni Gauntlet from the game.

Performance Specifications

Built on AMD's RDNA™ 4 architecture, the card features 16 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, designed to handle the high-fidelity visuals of Capcom's RE Engine. Boost clocks reach 3080 MHz in OC Mode and 2540 MHz in Game mode. AMD HYPR-RX enables ultra-low latency and high frame rates.

Specification Value
Architecture AMD RDNA™ 4
Memory 16 GB GDDR6
Memory Bus 256-bit
Boost Clock (OC Mode) 3080 MHz
Boost Clock (Game Mode) 2540 MHz
Interface PCI Express 5.0

The card supports PCI Express 5.0, ensuring compatibility with current and upcoming motherboards while minimizing potential bottlenecks in high-resolution gaming and large texture streaming.

Cooling and Durability

The card employs three Axial-tech fans and a phase-change GPU thermal pad to maintain thermal performance during extended gaming sessions. Its 3.125-slot design features a vented, diecast metal exoskeleton with an optimized fin array.

The TUF Gaming design incorporates dual-ball fan bearings rated to last twice as long as conventional designs, ASUS GPU Guard adhesive to secure all four corners, and a GPU bracket for stable mounting. Military-grade components support power delivery, and a PCB coating protects against moisture, dust, and debris. The Auto-Extreme manufacturing process rounds out the durability features.
