Google offers three free 15-second AI videos monthly

Google Vids, Google's video creation and editing tool, now runs on Google's newest video generation model, Omni 1.2 Flash. Starting today, anyone with a Google account or Google Workspace subscription can generate up to three 15-second videos per month in Vids at no cost.

Google says Omni 1.2 in Google Vids opens up more ways to bring ideas to life. One is producing professional, quick-turn social content and promotional materials without a single cut, so product promos come together in one go.

Another is turning static imagery into video. Users can upload reference images from anything, such as a trip, a school project, or learning materials. Characters and scenes stay consistent from the first frame to the last.

Google also highlights improved speech narration. According to Google, social clips, concept explainers, and teaser videos feel like something you recorded yourself.
