Ubisoft is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a free game giveaway and massive discounts across its catalog on the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store for PC.

For Honor Giveaway

From now until September 28, players can claim a free copy of For Honor Standard Edition on the Ubisoft Store or Ubisoft Connect (PC only). The team-based PvP fighting game is celebrating its own 10th anniversary this year, featuring factions including Knight, Samurai, Viking, Wu Lin, and Outlander.

For Honor centers on a unique three-directional combat system where players attack, parry, and block in three directions, making it easy to learn but hard to master. The game offers deep customization, allowing players to equip Heroes with different armor sets, weapons, outfit colors, and materials. Primary gameplay revolves around Dominion, a 4v4 mode where teams hold three objective points on a map, though 2v2 and 1v1 modes are also available. Ranked Dominion and Ranked Duel offer competitive options for players seeking higher challenges.

The remaster lets players explore the Caribbean as Edward Kenway during the Golden Age of Piracy, uncovering hidden treasures, building a pirate hideout, and experiencing a story full of danger and opportunity.
